I’m Nicole — Owner and Licensed Esthetician, certified in Light Heart Angel Lash Extensions, Evlo UV Lash Extensions, Dermaplane, and Barbicide Sanitation, with additional training through Shear Haven on client safety and awareness, plus continued education through KIN Aesthetics in Understanding Inflammation, Hormones 101, and Rosacea 101. I’ve always believed in taking care of yourself — not just when you need it, but because you deserve it. Your skin, your energy, your spirit — all deserve to be nourished and celebrated. My studio was built around one belief: indulgence is a form of healing. Every facial, lash, brow, and makeup service is crafted to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself. I have sensitive skin myself, so I truly understand how important it is to be gentle, intentional, and supportive with the skin barrier. Every facial I do is focused on working with your skin, not against it. Whether your skin is reactive, acne-prone, or just feeling off, my goal is always to restore balance and help you feel like you again- refreshed and grounded. Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENTS: Please arrive with all makeup removed prior to your service. First-time clients, please arrive 5 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork, answer questions, and discuss your appointment goals. DEPOSITS: Select services require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service and can be paid by cash, Venmo, Cash App, or card. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this deposit requirement. CARD ON FILE POLICY: A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Your card is securely stored and will only be charged if your appointment violates the cancellation, late arrival, or no-show policy outlined below. RESCHEDULING: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation. LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If I am unable to accommodate your appointment, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. CANCELLATIONS: Appointments cancelled with LESS than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, WILL incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). NO-SHOWS: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). If your card is declined, an invoice will be issued and must be paid in full before future appointments can be booked. APPOINTMENT TIMINGS & INCOMPLETE SERVICES: Please ensure you have adequate time available to complete your selected service before booking. Clients are responsible for planning personal commitments, work schedules, and transportation arrangements around the full duration of their appointment. If you need to leave before your service is completed due to personal scheduling conflicts, transportation arrangements, or other circumstances within your control, the full price of the originally booked service will still be due, regardless of how much of the service was completed. Incomplete services resulting from these circumstances are not eligible for discounts, refunds, or complimentary appointments to finish the remaining service. Additional appointments must be booked and paid for separately. Service durations are provided to ensure adequate time for quality results without rushing. Please plan accordingly so you can enjoy your full service experience.
