I’m Nicole — Owner and Licensed Esthetician, certified in Light Heart Angel Lash Extensions, Dermaplane, and Barbicide Sanitation, with additional training through Shear Haven on client safety and awareness, plus continued education through KIN Aesthetics in Understanding Inflammation, Hormones 101, and Rosacea 101. I’ve always believed in taking care of yourself — not just when you need it, but because you deserve it. Your skin, your energy, your spirit — all deserve to be nourished and celebrated. My studio was built around one belief: indulgence is a form of healing. Every facial, lash, brow, makeup and massage service is crafted to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself. I have sensitive skin myself, so I truly understand how important it is to be gentle, intentional, and supportive with the skin barrier. Every facial I do is focused on working with your skin, not against it. Whether your skin is reactive, acne-prone, or just feeling off, my goal is always to restore balance and help you feel like you again- refreshed and grounded. Cancellation Policy
CARD ON FILE POLICY: your card is securely held on file to reserve your appointment. it will not be charged unless there is a violation of my cancellation, no-show, or late arrival policy, as outlined below. APPOINTMENTS: kindly remove all makeup prior to your service. first time clients, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to review paperwork, answer questions and discuss appointment goals. * i am on the left side of the building * RESCHEDULING: we kindly ask for a 48 hour notice to reschedule. changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation. CANCELLATIONS: cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee, 50% of scheduled service(s). same day cancellations are considered a no show and will be charged accordingly. LATE/ NO SHOWS: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a fee, 50% of scheduled service(s). no shows will be charged the FULL amount of the scheduled service(s). if your card is declined, an invoice will be issued and must be paid in full prior to booking future appointments. THE WHY BEHIND OUR POLICIES: when you schedule an appointment with me, I set aside an intentional amount of time to take care of you, focus on you. last minute rescheduling or cancelations can be difficult to fill, removing the opportunity of an appointment for another guest and use of precious time.
